With over 20 years of experience as a professionally trained pastry chef, I am not just a cake artist, but a master in the art of pastry-making. I take pride in my ability to cater to a wide range of dietary restrictions and preferences. Whether you're vegan, gluten-free, or have any other dietary requirements, I've got you covered. I cannot recommend Gingerly Baked enough!! Amanda and team are truly incredible. Our guests raved about the dessert options - we had a variety of yummy treats like cannolis, key lime cups, lemon blueberry cups, tiramisu, and more. It really felt like each guest could pick a dessert they liked, and we had enough that they could go back and sample more. We had a few leftovers and my family was over the next day asking if they could raid our leftover stash, lol. All in all - 10 out of 10 recommend Gingerly Baked for your wedding or event - truly the highlight of the night!

We are still dreaming about the incredible wedding cake and mini desserts provided by Gingerly Baked for our special day! From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and utterly delicious. Our wedding cake, a lemon raspberry creation, was hands down the most amazing cake I have ever had in my life. Seriously, every single guest raved about it. The flavors were perfectly balanced – the bright, zesty lemon complemented the sweet tartness of the raspberry beautifully, and the cake itself was incredibly moist and flavorful. It was not just a cake; it was a true highlight of our reception. And let's not forget the mini desserts! They were equally incredible. Each bite-sized treat was a little piece of heaven, offering a fantastic variety that catered to everyone's tastes.
