    We hired Chelsea for our wedding and our guests still have not stopped raving about the cakes!! We knew we wanted something unique and after a consultation she asked if she could just take an idea and run with it and we are so happy we gave her that freedom. Rather than a traditional cake she made 8 small cakes, one for each year we had been dating. Each one represented flavors from one of our favorite cities or countries we had traveled to together. She even designed a whole display in our ‘cave cave’. Her flavors are unique and the taste is out of this world.     Chelsea is easy to work with, professional and accommodating! Our wedding desserts were absolutely amazing and tasted so great!
