    Absolutely Outstanding Experience! Chef Ray and his staff were AMAZING from start to finish. From the initial consultation call to the consistent updates throughout the planning process, and finally the flawless execution of our wedding meal—everything was truly 10/10. We booked Chef Ray sight unseen and food untasted, having only ever spoken with him over the phone—and we are so glad we did. His professionalism, warmth, and confidence immediately put us at ease, and he absolutely delivered on every promise. Our wedding was an intimate 40-person celebration at a private venue. Chef Ray and his team cooked everything fresh on-site, and the food was outstanding. They also prepared a stunning cocktail hour charcuterie board that our guests are still talking about! He helped us create a personalized menu that perfectly suited our tastes. The entire team was personable, funny, and friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable and completely stress-free. They even offered to serve our champagne for the toasts, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. I would highly recommend 5 Course Catering to everyone.
