My name is Daisha, and I am a Wedding Planner and Floral Designer based in South Carolina. My goal is to create unforgettable memories through bold, creative designs and meaningful, precise, intentional planning. As a trained artist, I combined my expertise in the fine arts with my love for florals to help each and every client create those unique celebrations tailored to their individual needs. I would be honored to bring your vision to life on your big day.

After my father passed, I needed a way to feel connected to him. Plants and gardening was always his thing and I used this new found comfort to heal. I realized that this healing tool went further into a true passion once I discovered floral design. After not creating a sculpture in Five years, floral design gave me the same feeling of freedom and confidence that I had lost. This all led me to create Calhoun Events Studio, honoring my father in namesake and a reminder to myself to always lean into my creativity when in doubt.
