Marry Me Meg

In 2019, my daughter’s best friend was getting married. We showed up to rehearsal to assist with preparations only to be met with panic. Her mother & sisters were frantically looking for an officiant. Why? The pastor overbooked himself and backed out… right before the rehearsal! I jumped into the search but we all came up empty-handed. The rest is history! Beyond booking concerns of having limited officiants available to perform services during the busy seasons, there seems to be a great amount of judgement at play when your traditional officiants won’t perform a marriage ceremony. This is not something you have to worry about with me.

I love to do traditional and non-traditional weddings. Elopements are always fun. And I enjoy helping couples take that next step in their adventure and journey together. It is truly an exciting thing to be a part of!

    Marry Me Meg was an excellent choice for our wedding officiant. From our first interaction, Meg was polite, generous with her time, and extremely informative. She helped keep my groom calm in the moments before the ceremony and was incredibly helpful in making sure all the details were taken care of.     I used Marry Me Meg to officiate our wedding. She absolutely exceeded our expectations! I wanted a simple ceremony, shirt and sweet and to the point, with just a hint of religion but nothing over the top. She sent me several examples of previous weddings she had done plus some ideas from online sources. We got to perfectly tailor our ceremony to be exactly what we wanted it to be, and it was perfection! Meg was easy to communicate with, punctual in timing, and came fully professional and ready to go! I cannot recommend her enough!

    Marry Me Meg was a wonderful wedding officiant for our ceremony. She had a very easy and quick communication style, always responding promptly to our questions and requests. Meg did exactly what we needed - she asked about our wedding style and if there was anything special to us, then sent us the vows beforehand so we could review them. The vows she provided were beautiful and perfectly suited our ceremony. Meg was so quick to respond, and everything she said during the ceremony was spoken beautifully and exactly what we wanted. We are so grateful to Meg for helping to make our wedding day so special.
