I am a Korean-American PR exec and diversity leader turned wedding planner. Based on previous work experiences planning everything from conferences, media events, corporate celebrations as well as my very own destination wedding in Bangkok, Thailand, I know how important it is to have organized, communicative and creative problem solvers by your side to ensure your special day goes off without a hitch.

What truly differentiates me from other planners is my foundation in communications and diversity, equity and inclusion. That means, I will communicate with you frequently and consistently during your planning process and I work with clients of all backgrounds, faiths, sexuality, sizes, and abilities. Plus, I will always propose locally-sourced, sustainable options, recommend minority-owned and women-owned vendors and keep accessibility and cultural nuances front of mind. Do you have nearly all the details figured out but need pros to execute your well-laid plans? Day-of coordination might be right for you. Suzy has been an asset to our on-site team helping to execute multi-day events and serve as our eyes and ears so we can focus on the client and other pressing issues that inevitably arise. I can't recommend Suzy enough for anyone looking to create a truly memorable wedding experience. She was always ready with the perfect suggestions that fit our vision and style. As we were planning our Thailand wedding festivities, Suzy was incredibly knowledgeable about fun activities for our guests during their time in Bangkok. She recommended a terrific rooftop bar for our welcome cocktail reception, which everyone loved, as well as an excellent hotel that catered to our guests' every need. For our wedding reception, she shared great options for take-home Thai desserts, which added a nice personal and unique touch to our special day. I've learned from the best in the industry and had the joy of planning and coordinating nearly 2 dozen weddings and wedding-related events (e.g., bachelorette party, welcome party, rehearsal dinner) including my own destination wedding.

I plan all kinds of wedding-related events, including but not limited to engagement parties, bridal showers, bachelor/bachelorette parties or jack+jill parties, rehearsal dinners and welcome events. I offer package deals for wedding clients who would like to include multiple events.

I may be able to work with at most two clients in a single weekend (if they are both single day weddings) but cannot work multiple weddings in a day.

No matter the level of planning you need, you can expect consistent and regular touch bases with me as your dedicated planner. As you get closer and closer to your big day, we will communicate more frequently from 1 call a week to multiple times a week.

I am the main, dedicated planner for you! Depending on the size of your party, I may bring in additional helpers to execute on the day-of the wedding.

Tokki, meaning rabbit in Korean, symbolizes agility, love, abundance and sweetness. Being born in the year of the rabbit, Suzy strives to bring all these qualities to her work with clients.

I plan all types of wedding-related events (e.g., engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, etc.) and I offer wedding mood board consultations. Outside of weddings, I also plan other special events like birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, baby showers and more!
