About this venue
Welcome to The Beiger Mansion, Mishawaka's premiere event facility and bed and breakfast. The mansion, which is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places, was originally built as the palatial home of Martin and Susie Beiger, the founders of Ball Band. Though Martin never had the privilege of living in the home, Susie did and enjoyed nearly 20 years of lavish living and entertaining. Today we carry on this tradition of entertaining as the opulence of the home provides the perfect setting for any event. From a business lunch to an elegant wedding and reception, the uniqueness of The Beiger Mansion provides an experience that can only be had here.

The elegance of the Beiger Mansion provides the perfect setting for your special event. The six rooms of the main floor open onto each other to provide an intimate and comfortable setting able to accommodate sit-down dinners for 130 or stand-up cocktail parties for 175 people, year-round.
