Perched atop Rise Uptown Hotel, Don Woods’ Say When is a vibrant rooftop cocktail lounge inspired by mid-century design and desert views. With cozy indoor seating, a spacious outdoor terrace, and sweeping views of Camelback Mountain, this retro-glam space offers an unforgettable setting for any celebration. Guests can enjoy a curated cocktail menu featuring spritzers and a selection of small bites. While we aren’t necessarily a wedding venue, we’d love to discuss how we can host your rehearsal dinner, reception, or group stay.

The rooftop of Say When offers a mixture of seating arrangements, including bench seating with tables, lounge seating with firepits, and standing room with cocktail tables. The patio is covered, with built-in misters and heaters. String lights illuminate the patio after dark, giving it a warm and welcoming glow!

    My girlfriend and I went here last September, and we had an amazing time on the rooftop. We hung out for at least 3 hours and enjoyed their cocktails along with bites while watching the sunset. We can't wait to come back out for a date night soon!

    From the rooftop terrace, you have the perfect view of Camelback Mountain and downtown Phoenix. With a sunset and cocktail in hand, it doesn't get any better!
