About this venue

At Hayloft on the Arch we are more than just a DIY venue. We offer extensive coordinating with any package you choose. That means, throughout your planning process we are here to call on with any questions regarding vendors, the timeline, the floor plan of your event, etc. And the day of? Aunt Suzie can rest - we have it all under control! You drop off your decor & we set it up to your specifications. We are on site from the first person who arrives until the end of the event & your belongings are repackaged, making sure your day runs smooth & on schedule.

The Property

Besides the land, you will find a large gravel parking area, lit by vintage light posts, and side walks leading around the building. A 4000+ square patio is the perfect spot for a convenient ceremony location and/or your cocktail hour. Situated in the corner of the patio is our Grain Bin Bar, a showstopper when it comes to outdoor bars. Bring your lawn games to utilize all that grass & don't forget the smores fixings for the fire pit! The chapel that was once an outbuilding, original to the property, is another great ceremony location.

Hayloft on the Arch was the perfect wedding venue for us. From the moment we first spoke with Alisha, we were impressed by her prompt and clear communication style. She was so easy to work with and made sure every detail of our special day was perfect. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, with so much charming character and natural beauty. Alisha has impeccable taste and she and her husband keep the property beautifully maintained. We knew from the start that we wanted to work with them after seeing their property. Our wedding day at Hayloft on the Arch was truly a dream come true, and we're so grateful for their hard work and dedication in making it such a fun and memorable celebration. We wish we could get married here every weekend!!

Alisha and her team at Hayloft on the Arch were an absolute pleasure to work with. From our first inquiry, their communication was quick, thorough and attentive, answering every question we had. On the day of our wedding, we were blown away by the beautiful, cozy fall setting they helped create. The entire venue is picturesque and we still have guests raving about how stunning the day was - from the outdoor ceremony, to patio cocktail hour and indoor reception. Alisha, the venue coordinator, was a true pro - she was incredibly detail-oriented and made sure everything was taken care of so we could fully relax and enjoy our special day. Hayloft on the Arch was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first contacted them, Alisha and the team provided clear, quick, respectful and knowledgeable communication that made the planning process super easy. The venue itself is beautifully lit, open, easily accessible, and spotlessly clean - it was the ideal backdrop for our special day. When we had some last-minute complications with our caterer, Alisha handled the situation very professionally and eased my nerves, ensuring everything went off without a hitch. This is a stunning venue with a wonderful family running it, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, all thanks to the amazing team at Hayloft on the Arch.

Alisha was so helpful in making our day perfect. She did most of the set up and all of the tear down! The venue is breath taking, you will not regret getting married here!
