Le 7 Venue

A signed contract and 50% deposit of the rental fee is due at the time of booking. In addition, we require a security deposit upon contract signing, which is refunded within 15 business days after the event, provided there are no damages or overtime. The remaining balance is due at least 15 business days before the event. We accept payment via check, wire, and credit card.

While New York State tax of 8.875% is added to each venue rental, we do not charge any additional service fees.

A full event planner is not required but is highly recommended.

Parking is residential. We recommend telling your guests to rideshare or take public transportation. If extensive parking is needed, you can work with our trusted valet service V.I.P Services Inc.

You may consult our list of preferred vendors who know our space best. We are also happy to accommodate the vendors of your choosing.

We do require you to provide a certificate of insurance that covers you and your vendors. You or your caterer’s policy should include Host Liquor Liability if you are serving alcohol. If you need to purchase event insurance, please let our venue staff know and they will provide you with the appropriate paperwork.
