About this venue
Located in the heart of Downtown Denver, we are an award-winning venue nestled within a historic building, featuring a European-style courtyard which blossoms into a secret garden in the city. Original exposed brick walls, grand staircase, stained glass ceiling and local artwork create a comfortable atmosphere that is both casual and elegant. With four versatile spaces, including the cozy Colorado Room & serene Courtyard Patio, we can accommodate events up to 250 guests. With the additional rental of the Greater Courtyard, events can grow to almost 400. The indoor & outdoor capabilities offer unique spaces that combine to create the perfect setting for your ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner and more! The Colorado Room
A warm, intimate space to entertain your closest family and friends.
As you descend the grand staircase and enter the Colorado Room you’ll enjoy local artwork highlighting some of Denver and Colorado’s most beautiful scenes. With seating for up to 80 guests, or space for about 100 in a cocktail style reception, this space is perfect for a small to medium celebrations of all kinds. Celebrate with a private bar, private restrooms, a stage for your DJ or band and the perfect dance floor, along with two large flat screen TV’s with cable, audio & HDMI connections.

Built in 1890, the exposed brick walls, grand staircase, backlit stained glass ceiling and European-style courtyard will inspire your event!
Through the main entrance you find yourself in one of the largest event venues in Denver with all of our spaces combined. With combined seating for over 200 guests, the lavish main bar, high ceilings, wood floors and a wall of windows this option provides a spacious yet intimate venue that you won’t soon forget. Providing the old west charm of the mountains and the convenience of the city in one place, we offer you a dynamic venue in the heart of downtown Denver where you can have it all!

For those who want a combination of indoor and outdoor space, but don’t need the added room of the Full Venue, reserving the Main Level is the perfect in-between. It includes use of the Main Dining Room, Courtyard Patio and Front Patio spaces for a combined seating of up to 140 guests. Multiple setup options means the space never feels too large or too small and is a great fit for any size of event.

Wedding at The Lobby
The Lobby was the perfect venue for our wedding. Brawyn and Chris communicated everything very well throughout the planning process, making sure we were always informed and taken care of. The space is gorgeous, with a lush courtyard that provided the perfect setting for both our ceremony and reception. The team made sure everything was ready on time, the food was delicious (we loved the taco bar!), and the drinks were also great. I highly recommend The Lobby for any large party or wedding - they truly helped make our special day unforgettable.
Wedding at The Lobby
My husband and I got married at the Lobby in June 2025. We had an amazing day! Christian and Branwyn were so nice and were great to work with – they answered my many questions about the event and gave valuable insight into the planning. They were able to adjust the menu to an all vegan menu and the food was amazing!! The courtyard was perfect for our ceremony and then we had cocktail hour on the patio and then dinner inside. The restaurant is so pretty, with nice brick walls and stained glass – we needed very little décor. The event was very affordable compared to many other venues because you pay for food, not the venue. We had an unforgettable day!
Smooth wedding reception
The Lobby was incredibly easy to work with for our wedding reception. From the start, the GM Christian was responsive, accommodating, and flexible to our needs. He was also very helpful in estimating quantities and costs throughout the process. We rented out the whole venue and courtyard space. The venue itself was charming, event-ready, and roomy enough to comfortably host our 130 guests. They went above and beyond to provide detailed information on vegan options and allergy accommodations, and were even able to seamlessly move the seating area indoors at the last minute when we were worried about rain. The entire experience with The Lobby was wonderful, and we're so grateful to have celebrated our special day in such a beautiful and well-equipped space.
LOVED!!
Christian was wonderful at communicating, and welcomed our need to have digital tours since we lived out of state. I was always so busy and horrible at answering emails, but he always made sure things were done by deadlines. The venue was beautiful, and the food was wonderful. Our wedding was around 40 people, and just the main floor worked beautifully! We did all of the decorations and cake ourselves, and the venue was perfect while working with us and making sure we had everything set up quickly and the way we wanted it. I would definitely reccomend!
