There are not enough words to express our gratitude to everyone at Miller’s Landing for everything they have done to make our wedding flawless, as stress free as possible, beautiful, and the best day of our lives. Not only is the actual venue itself gorgeous, (literally looked like it was out of a fairytale), from day one, the staff were professional, empathetic, and responsive to every question we had and helped us along every step of the way leading up to the big day. The vendors they recommended were all truly amazing and it’s so apparent that everyone there works as a team. As we saw what they were putting into our special day, it became crystal clear that we made the best choice we could have for a wedding venue. We had the most amazing time and so did our guests. If we had to do it all over again, we would always pick Miller’s Landing. Thank you everyone at Millers!

We had our wedding at Shay Meadows Ranch and it was absolutely beautiful. The venue itself is stunning—surrounded by natural beauty with a spacious and thoughtfully laid-out property that made the entire day feel magical. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the location; it truly made a lasting impression. The setting provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and celebration, and we’re so grateful for the memories we made there. The only thing to be aware of is the early cutoff time due to the residential zoning—it meant the party had to wrap up sooner than many of us would have liked, especially since the energy was still going strong. That said, we completely understand the need for those restrictions and still had an incredible time. Overall, we loved our experience at Shay Meadows Ranch and would definitely recommend it to other couples looking for a beautiful, serene, and memorable wedding venue.

The natural beauty of the surroundings truly made our day feel unforgettable. The lodging accommodations were beyond amazing—comfortable, stylish, and perfect for our family and friends to relax and celebrate with us. Every detail was thoughtfully done, and it felt like a retreat in the middle of paradise. What truly set this place apart, though, was the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that we felt supported every step of the way. Their warmth and professionalism made all the difference. Gwen, Eric and Reno (and the rest of the staff), from the bottom of our hearts thank you. You are forever a part of our family 3 We are so grateful to have found this gem and would recommend it to anyone looking for a breathtaking, meaningful, and seamless wedding experience.

I was just recently married in June of 2024 and I. Chose California Ranch Company as my wedding venue. I had visited many different wedding venues from packages, to total DIY, to garden scenery versus barn scenery, etc. It was a long process, but my husband and I decided to go with CRC during our first tour of the grounds. There a beautiful variety of nature, scenic outlooks, and character on this property and it’s paired with a comfortable farm style environment. The three most important factors for my wedding was allowing enough room for my guests to walk around without feeling restricted, a green/natural environment that photographs well, and a comfortable area where my guests can let loose and have fun. Oh and a barn. This venue checked all of my boxes out of the gate. I loved getting to see the horses and farm life on the property, many of which made an appearance in my photos. The packages were also very reasonable for someone wanting to save money with a DIY wedding but doesn’t want to start from the ground up. I had all my personal vendors chosen based on preference, but the venue was already set up to host guests. It was a perfect happy medium. I also want to make a point of noting how helpful and amazing the staff members are at CRC. It felt very warm and comfortable collaborating with the team and they went out of their way to make our jobs planning easier. Tracey was my personal coordinator and she made sure that my wedding day went through without a hitch. I am beyond happy with my experience at the venue and would recommend it to anyone looking for a western barn themed wedding filled with personal touches of character.

Circle Oak Ranch isn’t just a venue—it’s a family that genuinely cares about its couples. The moment my now husband and I stepped onto the property, we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding, it felt like home! The magic of Circle Oak isn’t just in the breathtaking venue; it’s in the people who make it so special. The team’s professionalism, warmth, and genuine care were evident from day one, and it was their support that made our experience truly exceptional. Our wedding day was nothing short of magical. The attention to detail was extraordinary, and it was the little things that made the day run so smoothly. From the ceremony to the reception, every moment was executed perfectly. Our guests continue to rave about how much they loved our venue and our wedding! A special shout-out to our wedding coordinator, Kendra. Kendra guided us through every event of the day with such grace and always seemed to know exactly what we needed, even before we did! As a bride, the emotional rollercoaster was real, but Kendra kept me grounded and helped me enjoy every moment to the fullest. Her support didn’t just ensure our wedding ran smoothly; it made me, my husband, our bridal party, and our families feel truly cared for! To everyone at Circle Oak Ranch, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding day a dream come true.
