My career started in non-profit events planning fundraising walks, galas, luncheons and more. I transitioned to the wedding industry and have coordinated over 20 weddings in the past year. In addition I have also coordinated baby showers, bridal showers, celebrations of life, quinceañeras, birthday parties as well as corporate and company events. This helps us all stay organized and makes sure tasks do not sneak up on us. I find joy in bringing their vision to life. Hello. My name is Stacy Henry. I left my job of 18 years in 2018 to pursue my passion in wedding and events. After receiving my Certificate from US Career Institute in 2019, I started working for an individually owned catering business as a Catering Coordinator. I was able to work closely with wedding parties to plan and coordinate their menu. Since then, I have advanced my knowledge and experience working as a server for other catering businesses. I didn't want my knowledge to end there so I got a job creating floral arrangements, bouquets, corsages, and boutonnières. The best hands on experience has been as a Venue Coordinator for 4 years.
